The project scope involved the complete electrical installation, partly in cleanroom area’s of the power & lighting distribution, grounding and lighting, data installation, fire- and gas detection, access control HVAC-interlock, temperature, pressure, and particle measurement, including detail design and commissioning assistance.
Regeneron have acquired the old Dell Facility and have been upgrading to a state of the art Bio Pharma Facility. The project scope included but was not limited to the following works:
• Sub mains cabling
• Lighting installation
• Power Distribution Switchgear
• Fire alarm/gas detection system
• Installation of MV cabling
• Installation of transformer and
• RMU Testing and commissioning.
STS Group executed the electrical and instrumentation element of this project. The purpose of this project was to manufacture components for drug administration. This project was fast track with the overall build schedule and was 14 months in duration.
This biotech facility project is located in the Sanofi plant in Geel, Belgium. STS’s scope in relation to this project is to carry out the electrical and instrumentation works associated with the project.
This bio-pharmaceutical facility project is located in the Biogen plant in Luterbach, Switzerland. STS’s scope is the complete E&I fit out of the production manufacturing plant. The plant is a greenfield site built in order to produce an Alzheimer’s drug. The project consists of cleanrooms, technical areas, offices and laboratories.
