Safety is our number one priority and to ensure we deliver against our mission zero safety programme; STS Group operates the Five Pillars of Safety illustrated to the right which focuses on Leadership, Culture, Training, the Promotion of HSE and HSE Management.
The Environment
At STS Group, environmental management forms part of our broader business operations and project activities. We regularly review our processes and practices to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and to support compliance with applicable requirements and internal standards.
Throughout the year, STS Group undertakes a range of initiatives focused on employee engagement, awareness, responsible resource management, and operational practices. These activities form part of our ongoing commitment to integrating environmental considerations into our day-to-day operations.
Carbon Emissions
In April 2024 STS Group became a signatory to The Climate Pledge and continues to develop its climate-related objectives and action plans.
Measuring and managing our carbon footprint is a critical component of our management system. It enables us to identify key sources of greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions, establish reduction targets, monitor progress, and identify opportunities to reduce our climate impact.
