QA Poster Campaign Launch

Thursday 22nd April marked the launch of a new Quality Initiative at STS Group. The new initiative was launched by STS Group Manager Tim Thornton, STS QAQC Project Lead Billy Mc Mahon and STS Project Health & Safety Lead Ken Walsh on one of our projects in Kildare with John Paul Construction. The Quality campaign includes a set of five posters aimed at promoting quality and the close relationship of it to Health & Safety. At STS we tie our quality systems into our Mission Zero health & Safety initiative by striving to achieve zero impact and zero defects. The five new posters cover:

1. Installation work
2. Electrical terminations
3. Electrical testing
4. Electrical safety
5. GDP (good documentation practise)

The new campaign will be rolled out across all our projects through Quality themed toolbox talks with our project teams. It is critical that we constantly promote the importance of quality on our projects.
