World Quality Day 2021

11
Nov

Today, the 11th November, we celebrate World Quality Day!

To celebrate this day, we want to share with you what Quality means to us at Specialist Technical Services (STS Group). See the commitments that we made on our Quality Policy.

Quality is everyone’s business! Whether in our daily activities or the way we deliver our work, Quality is everywhere.

“Here in STS Group we are happy to celebrate and acknowledge World Quality Day 2021.

Quality has been a major contributory factor to the growth of STS Group over recent years. Repeat business and new clients are won from turning over quality projects and from implementing continuous improvement into our processes. We believe quality is not just part of the physical installations we install but also it is embedded in the service and relationships we build with our clients, construction management teams, contractors and staff. STS Group are looking forward to many more exciting quality campaigns, goals, objectives and continuous improvement plans over the next 12 months. We look forward to sharing this with our current client portfolio and with many more new clients in the future.” – Tim Thornton,  Group Quality Manager
