Off-Site Manufacturing / Fabrication

Where feasible, STS Group will leverage its off-site manufacturing facilities and experience which has shown to improve safety, quality and schedule by reducing our on-site hours. Given the scale and complexity of the projects we typical are involved in, congestion is a key progress blocker and as such we understand there may be opportunities to mitigate this by looking at the following scopes to be taken off-site:

• Off-Site manufacture of all main containment bracketry & Unistrut support systems.
• Off-Site pre-fabrication of electrical containment systems – Rack, Tray, Conduit, Trunking etc.
• Off-Site pre-fabrication of lighting and general services hook ups.
• Off-Site prefabrication of Hycon
