Specialist Technical Services were appointed to manage the design, fit out and commissioning of the We Work Offices Stresemannstrasse in the centre of Berlin. The full scope for these works included:

• Supply and fit out of joinery
• Power distribution and UPS (MV included)
• Fire detection, burglar alarm, data (copper and fiber) automation
