Specialist Technical Services were appointed as main contractor to manage the design, fit out and commissioning of WeWork Charlemont Exchange, Dublin. The full scope for these works included:

• Design and Build.
• Architectural and MEP Fitout.
• CAT A & B Fit out.
• Heating, ventilation and Air conditioning, fan coil units, ductwork.
• Chilled water, low temperature hot water, plumbing, sanitary ware.
• Fire detection and suppression systems (Fire alarm and voice alarm and sprinkler system).
• Audio visual fit out.
• Bespoke lighting control system.
• Supply and fit out of joinery.
• Power distribution and UPS (MV included).
• Fire detection, burglar alarm & data (copper and fiber) automation.
• Design and commissioning included.
