TEVA, Project Genesis, Ulm, Germany

STS have been appointed to carry out the full Instrumentation scope for the TEVA Genesis Project in Ulm, Germany. This is the second phase of a very large Bio-Pharmaceutical project. The Instrumentation works package includes the following:

• Installation of Control Systems Cabinets & Operator Stations (DCS, BAS, BMS)
• Installation of BAS/BMS Instruments / Valves
• Installation of Access Control & Door Interlocking Systems
• Installation of Anti-Intrusion System
• Installation of CCTV System
• Supply & Installation of Clock System
• Installation of Fire Detection System
• Supply & Installation of Office & Process Networks (Including Active Switches)
• Supply & Installation of Data & Instrument Cable Trays/Conduits
• Installation of Network Cables (Including F.O.)
• Supply & Installation of Low Voltage & Fire Detection Systems Cables
• Installation of Control Cables for Analog/Digital Signal
• Supply & Installation of Cables for Field Power Supplies
• Supply & Installation of Air Distribution & Pneumatic Connections
• Installation of Field Instruments
• Testing & Commissioning
