CSL Behring, New Production Facility, Lengnau, Switzerland

STS was appointed to carry out the Electrical & Instrumentation fit-out of CSL Behring’s New Production Facility in Lengnau. The project was unique in so far as the majority of other trade packages were completed by the time STS were engaged on the project. The scope of work included the following:

• Complete electrical, instrument and BMS installation
• Provide and install secondary containment systems
• Provide and install all power, control and signal cables
• Install lighting fixtures and general services
• Install stick build instrumentation
• Provide and install Earthing systems
• Provide testing and commissioning services
• Provide and install fire alarm cables and install detection devices
• Provide and install IT system cabling
• Install all BMS Instrumentation
• Assembly of vendor skids
• ESTI Certification and SINA sign off
