Today’s employee spotlight turns to one of our project teams in Dublin, where the team have completed the installation of several First of Kind boards. These boards are an effective visual communication that encourage a culture of completing scopes of work correctly first time.
First of Kind boards are instrumental to STS Group’s project delivery allowing us to ensure the highest quality standards as well as significantly reduce the number of defects that occur throughout the life cycle of a project.
The team involved were congratulated on site by the CMT PM Group receiving recognition in the form of a Quality Award.
