This past August, we were thrilled to reopen the doors of our head office following a complete fit-out and transformation of our workspace. The renovation has created an inspiring environment, featuring multiple collaborative areas and meeting rooms designed to support connection, creativity, and productivity.
We partnered with David Flynn Limited as the Main Building Contractor, and together, we brought this vision to life. The project showcases the power of collaboration, careful planning, and quality execution, resulting in a workplace that reflects our values and ambitions.
From the outset, our brief prioritized well-being, sustainability, diversity and inclusion, and community. The design encourages flexibility, collaboration, and innovation, giving our team a workspace that is both functional and future-focused.
Design Concept – Well-being and Connections with Nature
Our new office draws inspiration from nature, incorporating biophilic design elements to enhance staff well-being and comfort. Natural materials, organic textures, and subtle geographical references flow throughout the space. Joinery details reflect the fluidity of water, while environmental graphics and planting blur the boundary between indoor and outdoor environments, creating a calming and productive atmosphere.
Craftsmanship & Delivery
With the expertise of David Flynn Limited and their DFL Fitouts & Joinery division, bespoke joinery installations and high-quality finishes were delivered throughout the office. Precision, sustainable material sourcing, and effective coordination ensured the project met design intent and schedule, reinforcing our commitment to excellence.
The result is a dynamic and adaptable environment that balances open, connected spaces with focused work zones, supporting collaboration and innovation across STS Group.
