This year, on March 8th, the women of STS Group proudly attended the Construction Industry Federation (CIF) International Women’s Day 2025 event. As one of the Gold Sponsors, we were honored to support such an empowering and inspirational day.
International Women’s Day is always a meaningful occasion, but this event held even greater significance for us, as it celebrated and amplified the voices of women within the construction industry — a sector that remains predominantly male-dominated. The importance of representation cannot be overstated, and events like this play a vital role in highlighting the achievements of women, encouraging more women to join the industry, and fostering a more inclusive environment for all.
The day was filled with powerful talks, panel discussions, and personal stories from remarkable women who shared their journeys, challenges, and successes. Each speaker brought a fresh perspective, inspiring everyone in the room to reflect on progress and to keep pushing for change.
At STS Group, we believe in creating opportunities and breaking down barriers. Supporting women — especially in industries where they have historically been underrepresented and marginalized — is something we are deeply passionate about.
