Specialist Technical Services were appointed to manage the design, fit out and commissioning of the MTV We Work Offices in the centre of Berlin. The full scope for these works included:

• MEP Fitout
• CAT A & B Fit out
• Heating, ventilation and Air conditioning, fan coil units, ductwork
• Chilled water, low temperature hot water, plumbing & sanitary ware
• Fire detection and suppression systems (Fire alarm and voice alarm and sprinkler system)
• Audio visual fit out
• Bespoke lighting control system
• Supply and fit out of joinery
• Power distribution and UPS (MV included)
• Fire detection, burglar alarm, data (copper and fiber) automation
• Design and commissioning included
