Congratulations to our Sharon Dunphy who was the recipient of the Women in Construction Award at the Irish Construction Industry Awards
Sharon is our Digitalisation Manager who has led STS Group’s move from paper-based project management to cloud-based digital delivery. Since joining in 2022, she has rolled out digital quality and project information systems across more than 50 live projects in eight countries, supporting around 3,000 users along the way.
Well done to all the women shortlisted in the category. A strong field of 10, all making an impact in the industry.
We’re proud to have been shortlisted for two other awards: our Apprenticeship Programme and our Diversity, Equality & Inclusion Strategy.
