Our team were delighted to attend the 34th annual National Irish Safety Organisation (NISO) Awards in Killarney last Friday night, celebrating excellence in workplace health and safety across Ireland.
We are incredibly proud to announce that STS Group received two prestigious awards on the night: a Higher Distinction Award and the Exceptional High Achiever Award, which recognises organisations that have achieved a Distinction level or higher for ten consecutive years.
These awards are a powerful endorsement of STS Group’s ongoing commitment to health, safety, and wellbeing, and reflect the hard work, dedication, and safety culture that runs throughout our organisation. At STS, safety is more than a requirement; it is a shared responsibility and a core value that underpins everything we do.
Our award submission showcased evidence of industry-leading safety best practices implemented across our projects and operations in Ireland, the UK, Europe, and the Middle East. From innovative safety initiatives to proactive employee engagement and continuous improvement programmes, every part of our business contributes to creating safer workplaces.
We would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to our HSE team, our site-based teams, and to all STS employees, partners, and subcontractors who continue to champion safety excellence across all projects. Your commitment, collaboration, and attention to detail make achievements like these possible.
