We’re proud to share a major achievement at the BMS Boudry site in Neuchâtel, Switzerland. The team completed 400,000 hours without a Lost Time Incident (LTI). This result shows our strong focus on safety, discipline, and teamwork. Everyone involved contributed to this success through consistent effort and care.
To mark this occasion, the site team came together to celebrate the collective efforts that have made this success possible. In particular, we were pleased to recognise two individuals whose leadership and dedication to safe working practices have contributed significantly to this outcome.
A sincere thank you to Michael Mohally of Jacobs for presenting the Site Supervisor of the Month awards to Anamarie Alexandra Chebuta and Jack Dwane of STS Group. Both Ana and Jack have consistently demonstrated a proactive approach to safety, ensuring that appropriate risk controls are not only in place but rigorously applied. Their attention to detail, leadership on-site, and commitment to fostering a strong safety culture set a commendable example for their teams and peers.
This milestone reinforces that safety is not a one-off task. It’s something we build into planning, communication, and daily actions. Ana and Jack’s recognition shows how essential front-line supervisors are to maintaining these standards.
