STS Group is excited to announce the launch of our first ESG Report. This marks an exciting step forward in our commitment to sustainability, responsible operations, and creating positive impact across our sites and the communities we serve.
Our inaugural ESG Report brings together the work we have already begun across three key areas:
Environment
We outline our approach to reducing our carbon footprint and driving meaningful environmental improvement. From ongoing initiatives to the adoption of HVO as a replacement for diesel, we are taking action today to create a cleaner tomorrow.
Social
People are at the heart of STS Group. Our report highlights our work around gender pay gap transparency, celebrating employee achievements, our strong safety performance, and the ways we engage with and support the communities around us.
Governance
Strong governance underpins everything we do. This section covers our quality management practices, supply chain management, and the digitalisation efforts that help ensure we operate efficiently, responsibly, and in line with industry best standards.
Publishing our first ESG Report is not only a reflection of the progress we have made so far, it is the foundation for the journey ahead. It reinforces our dedication to continuous improvement, greater transparency, and stronger accountability across the business.
