Apprenticeship training is one of the key goals within STS and it is put very high on the key objectives of the company. From a total of 25 apprentices in 2014 to a now total of 180 apprentices to date, we are extremely proud of our training programme. This year a total of 34 apprentices will qualify as electricians.
In STS a high standard is expected of all apprentices and only the most suitable candidates are selected. We have designed a Pre-Apprenticeship programme where all participants will undergo 3 months evaluation before being recommended for apprentice registration. This programme is designed to evaluate the Pre-Apprentice's hand and academic skills.
Congratulations to our newly registered apprentices who have recently successfully completed the Pre-Apprentice programme and are now registered apprentices with STS. We are close to finalising our next intake of apprentices and these will be registered in the near future.
