The Opportunity
As our next Junior Electrical Engineer, you’ll have the chance to work alongside experienced professionals in a collaborative environment, gaining hands-on experience with innovative projects. What You’ll Do
✅ Support – Junior Engineer required to work with the project team and support QA-QC
✅ Technical – Provide Technical Support to the project team
✅ Documents- Manage the Electrical document control to ensure that all relevant logs are kept up to date at all times. Create and develop handover packs and test packs for Electrical and Instrumentation systems from the agreed systems list and create the system boundaries. Preparing all technical submittals according to specifications
✅ Systems– Develop a designer’s systems functional description documentation from design intent to final implementation document. Manage the systems turnover packs with the client’s commission teams. Develop and monitor all cable schedules through the project such as MV, LV, Control, ELV, EMS, BMS, ICT, Fibre, Security, FA, FS, ensuring there are no omissions. Manage the systems turnover packs with the client’s commission teams
✅Walkdowns – Attend quality meetings and participate in QA/QC walk downs when required. Evaluate the RFI responses to ensure that there are no engineering issues with them.
What We’re Looking For
✔️ Third-level qualification in Engineering
✔️ Highly organised with strong attention to detail
✔️ Ability to work well within a team environment and on own initiative
✔️ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Desirable but not Essential.
✔️ Completed Instructor training courses (e.g: working at heights, manual handling or abrasive wheels)
