Roles & Responsibilities of QHSE Manager (m/w/d) - ID: 3646
- Management and leadership of the QHSE teams for the projects in your area of responsibility
- QHSE system support and derivation of further development concepts
- Preparation and execution of internal and external audits
- Ensuring and monitoring compliance with national and international standards, regulations and codes of practice
- Carrying out internal and international QHSE trainings
- Lead participation in the preparation of risk assessments
- Supporting technical and management staff on QHSE topics and customer-specific requirements
- Reporting, analysis and derivation of measures in the event of accidents, near-accidents and relevant incidents

required skills / qualifications
- Completed vocational training in the field of electrical engineering with subsequent further training as a master craftsman, technician or comparable.
- Alternatively, university or technical college education in an electrotechnical discipline
- Additional professional qualifications in the field of QHSE or as a specialist for occupational safety
- Several years of experience in the field of occupational safety or quality management on construction sites (Ideally in the field of data centers or pharmaceutical industry)
- Knowledge and audit experience in one or more management system standards (ISO9001/14001/45001)
- Good knowledge of VDE standards
- Good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally
