QA/QC Manager (m/f/d), Frankfurt
Description
QA/QC Manager (General Contractor) on a data center in Frankfurt. We are looking for candidates with a background in the electrical scope, main contractor, and building services experience.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain the STS quality systems to ensure the effective execution of the project with regards to quality control.
- Monitor the quality performance of all sub-contractors working under the STS scope.
- Manage and coordinate the quality turnover documentation for the work packages.
- Conduct an internal audit of the project and sub-contractors.
- Ascertain and act upon non-conformances found during audits.
- Provide leadership and assistance to the project teams in the areas of quality control.
- Maintain the quality management system defining Specialist Technical Services’ quality system, policies, and procedures. Implement and maintain the system which provides positive control of all documents and processes within Specialist Technical Services’ quality management system.
- Provide leadership for quality training and quality awareness within the project team.
- Communicate to clients the actions taken to resolve quality complaints or other client-related issues, and the actions taken to prevent their recurrence.
- Represent the company at project meetings and workshops.
- Responsibility for the turnover of the handover documentation and operation manuals to the client.
