Roles & Responsibilities of HR Administrator:
- Supporting and advising specialists and managers on all personnel and labour law issues
- Maintenance of HR systems and databases as well as ensuring compliance with the DSGVO
- General support in all HR processes
- Maintenance and administration of the time management system
- Management of work and service contracts with our contractual partners
- Active further development of internal processes in close cooperation with other HR areas
- Support of the project teams in all HR issues

required skills / qualifications
- Successfully completed commercial vocational training, ideally with an additional HR qualification
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable position
- Good knowledge of labour and social security law
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Experienced handling of MS-Office
- Empathy, strong communication skills and service orientation
- Commitment, ability to work in a team and high self-motivation
