Working to improve our Health and Wellbeing STS organised a cycle on the Waterford Greenway. STS are committed to both encouraging and inspiring its employees to be active and take on healthy lifestyle habits! The 46KM round trip began at STS Head Office with a mid-cycle refreshment pit stop in Kilmacthomas. The team averaged a speed of 17.3km/h with a peak incline of 325m.
The Waterford Greenway is a spectacular off-road cycle and walking trail. The route follows the old railway line from Waterford City to Dungarvan and travels through bridges, impressive viaducts and long atmospheric landscapes.
